I found a cool utility from cloudHQ

Keep a record of your email selection in Google docs

Email management (yes, that's a thing) never seems to be important until it is.  People think that a 10gb Google Drive is a huge amount of storage, but in today's world, it DOES require keeping an eye on your inbox AND your Spam folder.

Did you know...
Your Spam folder and Trash automatically purge after 30 days?

What happens if you run out of storage?  Google will be happy to charge you to get more.

One thing people don't know about is some pretty cool utilities that can trim your inbox and folders in Gmail, and EXPORT them into Google Docs.  Once you have exported those emails and attachments, you can download the DOCS file(s) to your hard drive or external storage.

NOTE:  If you do not download and remove the DOCS files, you may still have a space problem on Google Drive.

This is a full-featured app that takes all possible circumstances into consideration, and brings you the ultimate flexibility with an email record report.

Take a look at this video to see how easy it is to use:

Key Features Include:

[✔️]  Save individual email messages or multiple conversations to Google Docs

[✔️]  Automatic continuous save of a Gmail Label to Google Docs

[✔️]  All emails are saved as PDF documents to Google Drive and are organized by: the sender or recipient, date, and Gmail Label (when applicable)

[✔️]  All attachments are saved as well

This app is absolutely f.r.ee.  Happy email exporting,
