The first thing I check if I have pending commissions, but I have not yet, or cannot anticipate other commissions coming on a site in the foreseeable future to make the payout minimum, I look for opportunities to TRADE COMMISSIONS FOR ADS. Go to Purchase Advertising as normal, and if you have enough commissions to cover the purchase, click the Purchase button, and then click the COMMISSIONS button to complete the "sale".
My favorite ads to trade are the Sponsor Login Ads.
I cannot speak for other owners, but Dave Mosher is always open to trading COMMISSIONS for OTO's or other promotions. Look, safelist owners are hurting for cash, and most will jump on the opportunity. I've even proposed combining commissions from several of his sites to get an OTO, upgrade offer, or supersolo deal.
